We accept most insurance plans, including those listed below. Insurance will cover most procedures we offer. If there is a question about coverage, our staff will help determine if your insurance will approve the expenses. If your insurance does not cover a procedure, payment options can be arranged to meet your individual needs.
Our office does not require a referral to schedule an appointment; however, some insurance plans require a referral to cover the cost of the visit. We recommend contacting your insurance carrier if you are unsure.
Though we are in-network for most insurance plans, we recommend contacting your insurance carrier to be sure.
An initial office visit generally ranges from $100 to $240 depending on insurance coverage and the complexity of your healthcare needs. Subsequent or follow-up office visits range from $70 to $170. There will be additional costs for any diagnostic procedures performed, including CT scans, hearing tests, scopes, etc.
Your copay, which is due at the time of the visit, will vary depending on your specific insurance plan. Usually it can be found on your insurance card under specialist or office visit copay. If you have any questions about your copay, we recommend contacting your insurance carrier.
The wait time varies day-to-day as some days the doctors are busier than on other days and may get a little behind schedule. Wait times generally range from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. Be assured that once you are taken back to see the doctor, they will take as much time as is needed to ensure your healthcare needs and questions are addressed.
Appointment times range from 15 minutes to 1 hour. The time depends on what questions you have and whether diagnostic tests are performed.
Our doctors have privileges at Jordan Valley Medical Center, Riverton Hospital, Alta View Hospital, Intermountain Medical Center (IMC) and Primary Children’s Hospital (Riverton). Our doctors also perform outpatient surgeries at Lone Peak Surgery Center in Draper.
